What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organizational Change Manager position at Luna Data Solutions, Inc.?
Luna Data Solutions is hiring an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst for a long-term contract located in Austin, TX. This position will be in a hybrid work setting with 2 days worked per week onsite in Austin, TX. This position will bridge the gap with Business and IT regarding technologies changes within the organization, and guiding them through the process.
If selected for the position, your primary role and responsibility of an OCM analyst is to schedule, plan, and execute project-level change strategies, including measuring change readiness and long-term sustainability. You will be working closely with the project managers, business relationship managers, risk managers, application development team, quality assurance team, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc.) to complete the IT Operations' tasks. In addition, your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to developing and implementing testing, communication, and training strategies and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in Change Management process. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of each line of business to anticipate necessary changes related to training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, and behavioral change to facilitate the successful implementation of software applications and systems.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- 2 yrs. working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI, which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments.
- 2 yrs. experience in analysis, assessments, and change strategies.
- 2 yrs. experience in developing work products such as change management plans, communications plans and training plans.
- 2 yrs. experience executing plans and work products with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption.
- 2 yrs. experience providing project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry-best practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during project execution.
- 1 yr. of experience working with and reaching all levels of employees.
- 1 yr. of experience working in large Information Technology efforts with organization-wide impact.
- 1 yr. of experience creating weekly executive summaries of all project statuses, including highlights for leadership's attention.
- 1 yr. of experience developing content for dissemination to non-technical users.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management, or related field.
- Prior Marketing and/or corporate communications experience.
