Lunar is transforming the way we power our homes by building an ecosystem of all-electric products starting with a next-generation home battery system. The Lunar team is made up of savvy entrepreneurs as well as passionate technology and industry experts who build and deploy products, which are connected through an integrated software platform called Gridshare.
The Lunar team is growing fast and we are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to work with our passionate team in London.
The Project Delivery Manager has responsibility for setup and ongoing management of services to clients. Working closely with the commercial team on new opportunities, designing and managing trials through to commercialisation, and BAU service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up the delivery for clients by establishing the internal operating procedures for how the service will be delivered.
- Achieving deadlines related to milestones required to meet the client’s expectations.
- Creating the appropriate reporting templates for both internal and external audiences.
- Ongoing management of the client delivery including running periodic delivery meetings with the client and communicating client requirements to the technology team.
- Coordinate with different business units in the company to work well together and overcome conflicting priorities.
- Reporting on the delivery performance including performance metrics - cost, revenue, margin, on-time delivery, outages, etc.
- Ownership of the delivery elements of the client contract, and ensuring delivery adherence to client contract SLAs.
- Planning for pilots/trials of Lunar products and services with clients and internal teams including scoping requirements and success criteria.
- Establishing the correct delivery team, running the trial including reporting as required and ensuring that the trial/pilot meets the success criteria.
- Identifying delivery improvement opportunities and working with the relevant team to execute on these opportunities.
- Assisting with building strong client relationships and managing client expectations.
- Identifying opportunities to add more value to the client e.g. offering new Lunar products
- Support to deliver ad hoc company projects from time-to-time
Your ideal experience:
- Experience in project delivery/project management.
- Experience in the energy industry, ideally in the power sector
- Previous experience working in software development / SaaS
- Experience working closely with product and technology teams to deliver software centric services.
- Major plus - experience in the Japanese energy market and/or fluent in Japanese

Duration: Full time
Location: Hybrid, you will work from the office based near Liverpool Street, London for a couple days a week.
