What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Worker position at Luther's Bonafide Truck Repair?
We are a Diesel Repair facility looking for a competent office worker to help with the organization and running of the daily office operations of the company. To be considered as a candidate, you must know how to use Word and Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. You will work in an office setting and be expected to perform duties such as:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Billing out invoices
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
