The Charter Sales Coordinator is responsible for daily sales coordination, answering calls, replying to inquiries, tracking payments, and providing high-quality customer service, and administrative and clerical assistance to all team members while honoring Lux Bus America’s approach to business which starts with our commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer service.

Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates, preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Review sales orders, ensuring payment, contracts, and itineraries have been received.
- Assist department with day-to-day sales tasks.
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system.
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries.
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing and retrieval systems, recording meeting minutes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must be able to type 45 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
Pay Rate:
- The hourly wage range that Lux Bus America reasonably expects to pay for the position is $25.00/hr. - $29.00/hr.
