Digital Catalog Specialist
The Digital Catalog Specialist is responsible for successfully maintaining product catalogue for marketplace and smartshopper channels, coordinate calendar activities and site updates in order to create an engaging and relevant experience for our visitors keeping connection and alignment between catalog, merchandizing and planning teams. He/She will work collaboratively with the global ecommerce team, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Creative and Product teams to maximize conversion opportunities.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Catalog:
- Oversee and support maintenance of product catalog and product assortment
- Manage regional assortments ensuring best quality of contents for the online catalogue (i.e prices, attributes, copies, images, stock)
- Manage creation and release of product collection aligning its go live to GTM calendar
- Product:
- Accountable for managing products and categories to create an engaging and relevant experience for visitors (i.e. Product Categorization).
- Monitor website to ensure that product is active on the site and appropriately merchandised. Evaluate placement and productivity based on analytics to maximize sales daily.
- Reporting:
- Report out KPI results related to assortment and product updates, communicate how the content and product strategy is contributing to business goals.
