We're seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Hunter to lead on-site business development efforts. This role is pivotal in driving proactive sales outreach, cultivating leads from trade shows and other sources, and effectively engaging potential clients to kickstart the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site B2B sales calls, leveraging leads acquired from trade shows and other channels.
- Initiate and manage initial client engagements, qualifying leads based on their business needs and potential.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize lead generation and business expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Previous experience in B2B sales within related industries is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and excels in fast-paced work environments.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Previous experience in solar sales is an advantage

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
