We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center manager at our Harahan, Louisiana office. A qualified applicant must have a minimum of 3 years call center experience, 5 years management experience, excellent computer (excel) and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, sales experience to overcome objections over the phone. Teach others the methodology of how to become a call center representative, resolve conflicts and be available to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Base salary plus bonuses.

- Teach methodology to others to become call center reps
- Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and overcome objections
- Manage sales reps schedule through CRM
- Proficient in Excel, Lead Perfection (CRM)
- Achieve weekly and monthly reports and quotas
- Ability to negotiate Lead credits from multiple lead sources
