We’re looking to bring aboard an HR Manager to play a fundamental role in our continued development of culture created for high-performers. You’re gifted at:
-Project management; gathering information from stakeholders and research, creating actionable plans with timelines and measuring effectiveness
-Working with management layers to craft internal best practices that empower our employees to do the best work of their lives
-The details and would thrive running payroll, bonus and commission payouts
-Having difficult conversations including mediation, spot-coaching, and conflict resolution
-Cross functional communication
You have:
-3-5 years of HR experience at a fast growing company where you have been a part of and/or responsible for policy creation and compliance
-1-2 years developing onboarding and training plans
-A self-directed interest in learning more about HR best practices and trends
You command:
-Difficult conversations
-Assessing risk and prioritizing
-Start-up hustle & teamwork
-Mondays & project management
