Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re looking to bring aboard an HR Manager to play a fundamental role in our continued development of culture created for high-performers. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing policies that protect our business and employees while positioning all for success. Do you solve problems before they arise? You’re gifted at: -Project management; gathering information from stakeholders and research, creating actionable plans with timelines and measuring effectiveness -Working with management layers to craft internal best practices that empower our employees to do the best work of their lives -The details and would thrive running payroll, bonus and commission payouts -Having difficult conversations including mediation, spot-coaching, and conflict resolution -Cross functional communication You have: -3-5 years of HR experience at a fast growing company where you have been a part of and/or responsible for policy creation and compliance -1-2 years developing onboarding and training plans -A self-directed interest in learning more about HR best practices and trends You command: -Difficult conversations -Assessing risk and prioritizing -Start-up hustle & teamwork -Mondays & project management Your opportunities for impact: -Ensuring LP scales with sound policies that make people’s lives better -Reducing risk for the business -Office management for our Austin co-working space -Making onboarding at LP more effective, improving employee performance and satisfaction -Developing strong feedback loops including performance reviews, skip level meetings and employee surveys Employment package: -Salary: 68-84k -Stock Options -Up to 99% Health, Dental, Vision -Flex PTO Who we are: Luxury Presence is a real estate SaaS company providing real estate agents and companies with cutting-edge software to grow their business.
