Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Elite Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, possesses a strong knowledge of various training methodologies, and has a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As an Elite Fitness Trainer, you will provide personalized training programs, deliver high-quality coaching, and foster a positive and inspiring environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized fitness programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and medical backgrounds.
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions that are engaging, safe, and effective.
- Utilize various training techniques and modalities, including strength training, HIIT, functional training, and mobility work, to ensure well-rounded fitness development.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide nutritional guidance and support, helping clients understand the importance of balanced nutrition in achieving their fitness goals.
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and injury prevention strategies to maximize results and minimize risk.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing motivation, encouragement, and accountability.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, research, and certifications to continuously enhance training techniques and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Wellness Elite Fitness team to deliver a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, including coordinating with nutritionists, massage therapists, and other wellness professionals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a personal trainer, preferably in a boutique or private training setting.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition.
- Proven ability to design and execute personalized training programs for clients of varying fitness levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to push beyond their limits.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Additional certifications (e.g., Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Strength and Conditioning) are a plus.
