Job Requirements Both top-line and bottom-line account portfolio sales growth. Establish target customers and applications to pursue. Lead customer meetings that are pipeline and revenue growth focused Develop cross-functional opportunities that help us win new programs across the business. Qualify opportunities to ensure that we are targeting areas for successful “close won” conversion. Willingness and ability to travel for business growth and within company expectations and requirements. Promote problem solving, strategic thinking, and relationship management. Be accountable to established goals, time management, and results. Develop strong Sales acumen using Discovery Selling questioning techniques, addressing conflict, acting on the customers’ behalf, reading the commercial situation, closing techniques, prospecting techniques, resisting stalls and objections with an ambition and drive a winning focus. Direct contractual negotiations for new business and established business. Executing / managing pricing policy, price schedules, and price changes. Provide feedback to the organization on VOC, new products, new markets, and M&A potential activities. Contribute to the corporate strategic growth plan via annual business audits, evaluations, and submission of multiyear business plans Other duties as assigned Other: Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules Must be able to work extended hours when required All other duties as assigned Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate: (If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution) Hunter mentality and ability to project a vision across a team Self-driven to achieve goals Strong Business Acumen (revenue and forecast planning) Bachelors’ degree in business or relevant technical field Prior sales and customer facing experience with engineered product solutions (OEM & Tiers) Travel required Strong teamwork and collaboration Computer literate, proficiency with Excel & CRM tools Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
