Job Summary:

Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha is looking for a dynamic BDC Representative to build our Internet Sales department. If you are an aggressive, organized individual with excellent communication skills and sales & time management experience, this is the job for you!   • Health Insurance that covers 100% of preventative starting at $105/month for single coverage and $470/month for family coverage.
  • Our Dental rates have not increased in 5 years and all preventative is covered at 100% with no office co-pay. Our single rate is only $12.25/month and the family rate is only $66.50/per month.
  • Our 401K has a company match of $0.30 cents on the dollar up to 5%, plus a fiscal year end discretionary match that in 2019 was an additional 1.5%.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Having a thorough understanding of our dealership’s products/services
  • Managing internet leads, phone calls, chats, etc.
  • Maintaining a follow-up system
  • Setting appointments for sale


Qualifications:

  • Customer-centric
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Experience with Microsoft office Programs Required
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office programs and experience using CRM's.
  • Internet sales experience for in and outbound calls preferred
  • Able to embrace and adapt to change
