Lynden Sports Center RV Department is looking to hire a Service Writer/Coordinator. The service writer will work in the Parts and Service Department.

  • MUST have experience in RV industry and customer service
  • Have good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Be the point of contact between customers and the technicians in the shop
  • File warranty claims
  • Write work orders for new rigs and outside service work
  • Assign work to techs
  • Serve as backup/additional customer service to the Parts desk
  • Answer phone calls, address customer concerns and complaints
  • Other duties as assigned (of course)

Lynden Sports Center is a family-owned business with a friendly atmosphere. We serve the RV, Boat, and Compact Tractor needs of west Michigan. Spring is our busy season, so we're looking to hire someone as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Monday to Friday

  • Day shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Coopersville, MI 49404: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
