Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients and the home staging team to develop captivating design concepts that align with property goals.
• Select and arrange furniture, art, decor, and accessories to create inviting and cohesive interiors that highlight the property's best features.
• Transform empty or occupied spaces into visually stunning, market-ready homes through thoughtful placement and design.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the staging process, from initial concept to final installation and de-staging.
• Maintain a deep understanding of design trends, real estate market dynamics, and client preferences to deliver exceptional staging solutions.
• Effectively communicate and present design ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
• Contribute to inventory management and organization of staging items.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field.
• Strong eye for design aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various design challenges.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for staying current with design trends.
