Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients and the home staging team to develop captivating design concepts that align with property goals.
- Select and arrange furniture, art, decor, and accessories to create inviting and cohesive interiors that highlight the property's best features.
- Transform empty or occupied spaces into visually stunning, market-ready homes through thoughtful placement and design.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the staging process, from initial concept to final installation and de-staging.
- Maintain a deep understanding of design trends, real estate market dynamics, and client preferences to deliver exceptional staging solutions.
- Effectively communicate and present design ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to inventory management and organization of staging items.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field.
- Strong eye for design aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
