Fiber Route Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and self driven sales fiber route manager to go out and create clients with direct to consumer efforts. We will equip you with the latest and greatest presentation technology in order to be able to onboard customers to get fiber installed. You will work with customers to help get them scheduled on our install routes and answer any questions they have.
Responsibilities
•Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
•Set targets for the sales department
•Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
•Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
•Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
•Analyze market trends
•Monitor competition and follow current developments
•Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
•Motivate sales team to achieve great results
•Find prospective customers and new target segments
Skills
•Proven work experience as a sales consultant
•Open minded to learning new tech
•Familiarity with CRM programs
•Ability to gather and interpret data
•Organizational and analytical skills
•Communication skills
•Motivated to go out and develop new business.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year *
