This is a partially independent role reporting to the owner and Night Shift Manager only. Must have a keen work ethic, 3-7 years Commercial and Residential cleaning experience, and ability to lead a team. Income possibilities are endless (hourly, commission, tips, bonus, Eventual Salary).
Needs to have experience in Residential and Airbnb Cleaning. Commercial floor cleaning with auto scrub machines is a plus. Our brands are Clarke, Prolux, and Kirby
All equipment, chemicals, insurance and bonding, advertising provided, Health Insurance coming in Spring FY25.
Our work environment includes:

Cleaning, organizing, laundry and more. We will provide all materials, insurance and bonding. We ask that our House Cleaner cleans common areas such as kitchen and bathroom, as well as bedrooms and living room. In addition, we expect the successful candidate to do some laundry, including bedding. Please note that cleaners will not be required to clean outside the home or any rooms or areas that are not on the provided list. Cleaners are not expected to do gardening or shoveling snow.
Commercial properties are inside and outside. Floor Buffing, Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing.
Responsibilities:
- Team lead for the area, management experience.
- Must have experience in commercial and residential customers as well as customer service experience.
- This will involve direct communication with customers, must look and act the part.
- Floor buffing and commercial cleaning experience plus.
- Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties.
- AT this time, personal vehicle use is required to transport yourself to the office, we have a company Van
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Pay does increase drastically after evaluation period and experience.
- Must pass national and state background check, Drug testing performed, no hard drugs and you may not be under the influence of anything during job hours. All this is to be done before start.
- MUST have a vehicle and reliable cellular data plan.
