MØDE Campus is a vibrant community hub offering coworking spaces, private offices, and a diverse range of amenities designed to inspire creativity and foster connections. From fitness classes to yoga sessions, ceramics workshops, and a podcast studio, we provide our members with a dynamic environment where they can work, learn, and grow.

Position Overview: As a Membership Sales Coordinator at MØDE, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales and promoting our amenities to both existing and prospective members. Your primary responsibilities will include following up on warm leads for coworking memberships and private offices, as well as selling memberships to our various amenities within the building. You will work closely with the Sales Director and follow established protocols and processes to ensure the efficient and effective execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on warm leads for coworking memberships and private offices, providing information, answering inquiries, and guiding prospective members through the sales process.
  • Promote and sell memberships to amenities within the building, including fitness classes, yoga sessions, ceramics workshops, and podcast studio access.
  • Conduct tours of the facilities to showcase the benefits of membership and amenities, highlighting the unique features and opportunities available to members.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and memberships, using CRM software or other designated systems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions to drive membership sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Attend networking events, community gatherings, and other relevant functions to generate leads and build relationships with potential members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospects, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and build rapport with prospects and members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
