Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for overall store management, growth, and profitability.
- Responsible for store and staff image.
- Meet Sales and Profit Goals
- Manage technicians (schedules, time off, etc.)
- Maintain a high level of quality control for work performed by technicians
- Maintain an extremely high level of customer care.
- Maintain a meticulously clean waiting area, restroom, and building exterior.
- Follow company processes and procedures.
- Be active in recruiting talented team members.
- Detail-oriented and organized, highly motivated, has strong computer skills, great phone skills, is able to multitask, is friendly, outgoing, and truly enjoys working with people.
M&G Automotive Group owns and operates 6 Meineke Car Care Centers in NH. The owners each have over 30 years experience in automotive repair. They started from the ground up and have done every job in the building, from sweeping floors to repairing vehicles to running counters. Our philosophy is to create a team culture with a high focus on customer care. We seek to promote from within the organization those who have the will and the desire to be great.
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
