In this role, you will lead the US Wound Care division in delivering 3 critical business strategies

As VP of Wound Care, you’ll help guide & shape the strength, quality, professional development, and effectiveness of the Wound Care team as follows:
- Driving the business forward through the development and execution of annual strategic and operating plan in alignment with US Business Strategy.
- Attainment of business unit sales revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets as well as overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of Wound Care sales channel and activities
- As part of a committed leadership team, you'll coordinate with Commercial Excellence, Finance, and HR, to establish compensation plans for all sales personnel, including salary structures, bonus plans, sales contests and spiffs. You'll also develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales Training, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Legal, HR, Ops, Regulatory) to achieve annual and long-term business objectives
- Ensuring appropriate sales, product and leadership training is executed and meets evolving customer and industry trends
- Leading the business unit marketing function and coordinate with the Global Marketing team to ensure effective and appropriate product / promotional mix and new product launch excellence
- Remain a knowledge expert on market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies. Identify trends in sales market and work in collaboration with marketing to refine programs, plans, and strategies
- Develop and host annual sales meeting (with organizational support)
Work/Life Balance
- Must be able to travel as required, up to 50% or more with overnight travel, both domestic and global
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree preferred
- 15 years of medical device / capital equipment / healthcare sales experience
- Previous experience as a VP of Sales managing Region/District Sales Managers with a business size of at least $100M and has held senior level Marketing roles
- Potential: Assessed to have the apptitude and potential to be considered for role with higher level accountability in the short to medium term.
