M & R Clothing is now hiring for the Assistant Manager Position. M & R is a men's suit and tuxedo store that specializes in fitting and coordinating attire for all occasions. The assistant manager position will manage the other associates and make sure the floor is running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- assisting the manager in daily and weekly tasks
- sales
- training staff
- implementing new strategies to increase sales
- operating the cash register
- handle customer inquiries and concerns
- inventory organization
- answering the phones
- group orders and tuxedo rentals
