What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Benefits Account Specialist position at M3 Insurance?
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Employee Benefits service and sales teams.
- Responsible for data entered into agency management system - Epic.
- Provide project assistance to Account Managers as needed.
Account Management Support
Responsibility or Duty:
- Check in benefit renewals as they are received from the carriers.
- Prepare service agreements as requested by service teams.
- Utilize processes and procedure guidelines to perform the work expected.
- Process Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from Account Managers.
- Prepare client proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
- Review benefits enrollment applications for accuracy, follow up to receive necessary information and process applications.
- Provide miscellaneous and project support as requested.
Data Entry and Verification
Responsibility or Duty:
- Complete data entry in Epic and other M3 technology platforms.
- Ensure data in all technology platforms is accurate.
