Compensation: Starting salary range: $60,000 - $85,000; Commensurate to skills and experience
Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Maas Energy Works is the leading developer and operator of agricultural waste-to-energy systems in the United States. The Company designs, develops, constructs, and operates biogas powered renewable energy generation systems on dairy farms. Our projects include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric generation, and renewable natural gas upgrading.
Position Description
As a member of the Development team, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing various portions of large biogas development projects. A typical day is filled with answering emails, making phone calls, reviewing design documents, writing project descriptions, and other technical coordination. This role requires extensive communication between the design team, permitting agencies, and consultants. The selected candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be highly organized, have a strong ability to research and learn local environmental regulations and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project from initiation to closure
Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed and to ensure milestones are met
Coordinate efforts of project team including any third-party contractors or consultants
Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts throughout project life cycle
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Complete work breakdown to estimate effort required for each task
Build and maintain strong working relationships with government agencies and consultants
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency with DropBox, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
3 years of project management experience is preferred but not required
Fast learner
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Technically competent with project manager software programs
Knowledge of basic construction materials and techniques
Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD/drafting experience is preferred
Must be proficient in English
