Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle personal lines insurance, including auto, home, and other personal policies. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and grow a book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions.
• Process policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.
• Handle claims inquiries and assist clients through the claims process.
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid insurance license for Property & Casualty.
• Proven experience as an insurance agent, with a focus on personal lines.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, including auto, home, umbrella, boat, and recreational vehicle policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in insurance agency management software.
