We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and general information
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any outstanding issues
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Utilise phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service and build rapport
- Conduct sales calls to promote products or services, as needed
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both in English and Spanish
- Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
