Duties:
- Analyse customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general questions
- Provide product recommendations and upsell additional products or services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and order details
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
