MH Outdoor Media, LLC is a member of the Mac Haik family of companies, founded in July 2011 in Houston, Texas. Historically Mac Haik has owned, operated and leased a few outdoor advertising billboards in the Houston market; however, with the formation of MH Outdoor Media, LLC, the decision was made to develop a true outdoor media company that is growing every year. Presently, MH Outdoor Media has grown to own and operate over 1000 static, tri-vision and a digital LED billboard displays located across six states, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and Tennessee.

The Sales Representative* is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships all within the defined market territory to meet established sales goals. This position will support designated client relationship and may supervise sales associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive corporate marketing initiatives in the designated market territory.
- Provide sales support for proposals, mapping and demographic information.
- Assist in renewal of existing clients.
- Using your sales experience to guide leasing agents on best practices to educate and engage current and potential customers.
- Help research market statistics in support of advertising campaigns within the designated market territory.
- Coordinate project pricing based on guidelines from management.
- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential.
- Develop sales campaigns and advertising to accommodate the goals of the department.
- Monitor salespersons productivity and performance periodically.
- Develop and convey a high level of outdoor media product knowledge.
- Address negative client feedback to the satisfaction of the client and the company.
- Safeguard company assets and client data.
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
- Maintain the highest level of personal and professional behavior in the workplace and in the market.
- Maintain professional personal appearance
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Enterprises brand.
- Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
- Outdoor media sales experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
- Authorization to work in the USA
- Valid Driver’s Licenses and acceptable driving record
