About our next Golf Business Manager:
After founding MAC Legends in 2021, the business has steadily grown - expanding our services, locations, and clientele. As we look to continue our growth over the next several years, a strong Golf Business Manager will be key to our success. We are seeking a dedicated Golf Business Manager to oversee operations at our two golf facilities (the MAC Legends Range & Pro Shop, as well as the MAC Legends Indoor Golf facility). The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, excellent management skills, and a strong customer service orientation. This role requires someone who can maintain high standards of service while maximizing revenue opportunities from the driving range, indoor golf, and pro shop.
This is a first-time role at MAC Legends with incredible potential for growth - in terms of compensation, education, and responsibility. We are looking for someone to join our team, learn the ropes, work hard, and eventually transition into a salaried General Manager position.

- Teachable attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and ways of doing things.
- Applicants who are PGA certified are always a bonus but certification is not required.
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily operations of the golf range, pro shop, and indoor golf facility ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and schedule range attendants, pro shop staff, and any additional personnel.
- Maintain inventory levels in the pro shop, including golf equipment and accessories.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both locations.
- Build out a comprehensive marketing strategy across all platforms and manage the established marketing budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service to golfers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Oversee maintenance of the driving range, including ball collection, cleaning, and equipment upkeep.
- Coordinate with golf instructors and schedule lessons or clinics as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
