Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the evening operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of retail associates.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Train and onboard new retail associates.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed appropriately.

· Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

· Adhere to all safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Knowledge of inventory management and retail processes.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
