Job Overview
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering strategic projects by directing the working team to meet milestones and deliverables in support of Supply Chain Network Strategy. The role works cross functionally with supply chain, technology, finance, and others to ensure alignment, collaboration, execution and results. The role requires the ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the Supply Chain organization. The PM should have the ability to manage large projects and demonstrate solid problem solving and decision-making skills. The role reports directly to the Director, Program Manager, Supply Chain. Other duties as required.

This position is open to remote work.

Essential Functions

• Define desired outcomes, milestones, and timelines for large Network-wide projects that support supply chain strategies.
• Partner with executive sponsor and working teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects are complete.
• Lead working meetings with senior leaders, key stakeholders, subject matter experts, third parties, and working team to drive toward decision making, creative solutions and facilitate risk mitigation.
• Build, develop and grow business relationships critical to the project across the organization while leveraging these relationships to enhance and improve the Supply Chain network.
• Direct third party partners in support of projects.
• Ensures operational readiness and results of project objectives are achieved.
• Work with key partners to develop and maintain progress reports, technology requirements documentation and presentations.
• Work with technology and business partners to clearly define business/system requirements, address open items, and ensure progress toward milestones.
• Dependable, punctual attendance

Qualifications and Competencies

• 4-year Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years prior experience required
• Ability to review and lead execution decisions based on statistical reports/data.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of professionals.
• Strong leadership profile and strong negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of working cross- functionally with focus on merchants, vendors, transportation, technology and finance.
• Ability to develop insightful, value-added and actionable analyses.
• Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
• Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
• Ability to solve problems as well as recognize issues and deal with them directly.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to travel as required, up to 50%

Physical Requirements

• Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around facility or department.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision.
• Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs.
