The Shigs In Pit BBQ & Mad Anthony Brewing Co. Catering Team is seeking an individual to fill the role of Catering Administrator. This role is best suited for a self-driven individual who has a friendly and professional disposition, is comfortable fielding phone calls, and excels at organization.
EXPECTATIONS
- Communicate promptly and effectively via phone and email with customers, catering team members & restaurant staff
- Create custom proposals, contracts and event plans based on the individual needs and expectations of catering customers
- Distribute projected and realized sales information to accounting, catering management & owners
- Organize and effectively communicate essential event details in writing to off-site catering staff
- Prepare visually appealing, professional, and accurate event menu signage
- Accurately program handheld POS terminals and tablets for vending events
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Restaurant or catering experience is preferred
