Sales Representative - Public Restrooms

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts, with a focus on promoting our high-quality public restroom solutions primarily to parks and cities both nationally and internationally. This is a primarily in office role with occasional travel for trade shows and maintaining local relationships.

PAY: $30-$45/hr

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with cities and park districts

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers

• Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings

• Assist the production team to meet the requirements of the clients

Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to government or municipal entities

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel as required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Some manufacturing knowledge related to plumbing and electrical will help

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
