We design, sell and distribute luxury home décor to interior designers as well as boutique/luxury retailers globally. The AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship furniture made from unique materials); Pigeon & Poodle (home and bath accessories); Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products) and Thucassi (artisanal candles and fragrances).
We are looking for an Ecommerce Technology Manager to support our B2B/B2C Ecommerce sites as they mature and grow to be the primary product showcase and sales channel of the company. This role will be the technology lead for online initiatives spanning across multiple internal departments and development partners. This position will also prioritize and be responsible for managing and coordinating support for issues both technical and process oriented.

Responsibilities
· Responsibility for the intake and management of projects and development across all online properties for the company.
· Responsibility over prioritizing of, and resolution of website issues.
· Identifying opportunities to improve websites based on performance and user feedback.
· Managing website projects and operations to budget.
· Provide consultative advice on issues of SEO, UX/UI, current/competitor online trends to internal teams as needed.
· Strong documentation for project requirements, QA test plans, user guides, knowledge base articles.
Requirements
· A degree in computer science, MIS, or related qualification or experience.
· Two years’ work experience as an ecommerce website manager
· Strong attention to detail
· An analytical mind with excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to think outside the box when necessary.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task
