What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at Madison Office?
We are seeking an individual with passion for working with people and strong collaboration skills. As Information Technology Support, you will play a key role in supporting the Madison Office and hotels in all areas of IT. You will be responsible for ensuring that all IT support tickets are handled consistently, accurately, and efficiently while adhering to RMC and hotel brand standards. The primary emphasis of this position is to provide IT support with a secondary role in IT project management.

What you will be doing:
- Serving as primary point of contact for IT support issues
- Providing training on supported IT systems for teammates at all locations
- Engaging with teammates, outside vendors and other resources to find the best resolutions to IT issues
- Collaborating with IT team to implement new systems, technologies and process improvements
- Procuring and provisioning new equipment and wireless devices and services
- Continuously promoting, communicating and embodying the RMC Culture
