We are seeking a talented and motivated Investment Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will lead our investment operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate strong sponsor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Set goals with the investment team, conduct monthly performance reviews, and foster a high-performance work environment.
- Address and resolve all investment-related questions from clients, ensuring clear communication and adherence to company policies.
- Lead monthly compliance meetings, oversee complex compliance issues, and ensure all transactions align with IRS and ERISA regulations.
- Manage sponsor support activities, handle escalated calls, and maintain strong operational relationships with sponsors.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to investment operations, and prepare updates for senior management.
- Act as a liaison for client relationships, ensuring efficient transaction processing and high client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, and share insights with the team to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their investment goals and provide guidance on portfolio enhancements, focusing on alternative assets.
- Train the team on new investment types and compliance standards, and provide bi-weekly training sessions to enhance their knowledge.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
-Proven experience in investment management with a focus on alternative investments.
-Strong understanding of regulatory standards, including IRS and ERISA regulations.
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to foster team development. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong analytical and research skills.
-Proficiency in using KPI tracking tools and conducting performance reviews. -Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction. -Ability to stay informed about market trends and identify new investment opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
