Key responsibilities:
* Assess the recruitment needs of the organization to develop effective sourcing strategies while driving continuous improvement across a variety of business units
* Work in close partnership with HR business leaders, People Partners and Hiring Managers to proactively evaluate and address current needs, challenges, and assess knowledge gaps
* Own the full end to end recruitment process from intake meetings to offer
* Deliver best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
* Help bring our employer branding concept to life through diverse networks and channels

In this role you ought to be passionate about matching talent to business needs. For you, providing a great candidate experience is non-negotiable, through every step of the recruitment process. Connecting with candidates and different stakeholders gives you energy throughout the day. You are highly independent, enjoy working at a fast pace, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
* 7 years of talent acquisition experience
* In-house recruitment experience from an international diversified business, in combination with exposure from a Shared Services Centre environment or an agency would be beneficial
* Talent Advisor to the business on demographics, target markets, and competitor intelligence
* Candidate-centric mindset
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Structured work approach, time management skills, and a large focus on delivering results
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to navigate a complex stakeholder matrix
* Build long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates
* Proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives and executing digital campaigns
