Key responsibilities
- Provide ad-hoc coaching and feedback for line managers & collogues Aid larger organization to strategic targets through LEAN methodology
- Run LEAD for all CEN collaborations / cascades unless delegated within#the team
- Serve as specialist in situations where pain points exist without clear understanding of improvement initiatives or next steps
- Monitor and action for overall health of organization against 5 focus #areas: Mindset & Behavior, Organization & Skills, Voice of the Customer,#Performance Management, Process Efficiency & Effectiveness
We are looking for
- Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt certification or Lean methodology experience within industry
- Ability to give impactful feedback to any audience
- Experience in taking complex problems and tackling them with a methodical/statistical approach
- Experience with understanding / calculating return on investment
- Comfortable speaking to larger audiences and/or senior audiences
- Team Player, Self Starter
- Analytical
- Effective Written/Verbal Communication
