Maesa is currently seeking an individual to join our team. This person will be responsible for execution of sales plans and initiatives for business across specialty retail customers and brand customers; focus on enhancing business relationships and driving increased year over year sales through repeat business and new initiatives for this category of customer. This role reports to Senior Vice President of Sales, supports the annual sales plan within the organizational strategy and objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute sales policies and practices
  • Ensure communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with SVP Sales
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Work closely with Marketing/Planning/Operations to ensure optimum customer service
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Have a passion for beauty and personal care
  • 8-10 years Sales experience in a related field.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast moving environment
  • Planning: an ability to think ahead Organized, driven and detail oriented
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality of work
  • Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High performance teams and a strong team player
  • Excellent math skills and excel skills
