Symphony Care Network is growing and bringing the highest standard of transitional care to Minnesota. We are looking for a Director of Sales as we grow and we need your expertise! This individual will be responsible for quickly establishing relationships and growing the census in the 11 facilities in the assigned region. Come join our Symphony family!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Market and sell the Symphony Care Network facilities.
- Monitors existing relationships and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
- Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by VP of Sales and Marketing
- Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other territories.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Thorough knowledge of the sales approach needed for Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organized with attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Solid experience selling ALF and Memory Care required.
- Multi-site sales experience required.
- Five years of outside sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
- Valid driver's license and no major driving violations.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
