Job Overview:

Maintenance experience is required for this position. Basic knowledge of hand tools helpful. Reliable transportation required. This position requires you to start and complete one apartment renovation within 2 days. This position is very labor intensive. We are looking for someone that wants to grow with our expanding company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

• 6-8 hour shift with the potential of overtime.

* Must have a clean background check as you will be required to have and maintain a base pass. *

* Must have a current drivers license*

Work Location: In person

Duties:

- Install hardware such as electrical outlet plates, towel bars, etc.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

- Be able to pass a background check for Kirtland Airforce Base.

- Utilize power tools and hand tools

- Remove and install appliances

- Install sinks

- Measure cabinet doors and fill out order forms

Experience:

- Proven experience in maintenance and handyman work.

- Ability to get work done in a timely manner every day.

- Ability to take notes and follow directions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time.
