Childcare Teacher Responsibilities:
- Ensure children's safety and well-being.
- Create a supportive, educational environment.
- Uphold Magic Memories' core values.
- Strengthen center culture and mentor staff.
- Ensure site well-being, maintaining ratios and supervision.
- Adhere to company policies and NAEYC Code of Ethics.
- Plan educational experiences using storytelling, games, and activities.
- Teach classroom rules and monitor developmental progress.
Childcare Teacher Requirements:
- Associate, or Bachelor Degree in ECE preferred.
- Minimum two years of Early Childhood Education experience.
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a difference in children's lives!
