With a supportive and collaborative work environment, we are expanding our sales team and seeking Door-to-Door Sales Reps to join us full-time. As a year-round employee, you'll receive all the necessary resources and support to succeed!

Job Summary:
As a Door-to-Door Rep, you will generate new business and increase sales for our pest control company. Your primary focus will be targeting residential areas in the Columbus Metro area. We are seeking someone with good work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales in Columbus, OH to acquire new customers.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Present our pest control services, highlighting the benefits to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our company app.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated hark worker with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional communicator with ability to think on your toes.
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Resides in Columbus, OH area

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 - $100,000 plus per year
