CALL CENTER AGENTS NEEDED!
Magnify Solutions is seeking experienced and reliable Inbound Call Center Agents for this FULL TIME, ON SITE opportunity!
This Call Center Agent position will act as the first point of contact for all customers calling into the company for assistance relating to hearing loss and hearing aids. They will be an important part of the Member Service Team and will help to solve customer's issues, complaints and questions, while simultaneously providing excellent customer service. He/she will utilize problem solving and organizational skills while helping current and future customers! Experience working in the healthcare or related field is strongly preferred!
Location: On-Site in Overland Park, KS
Hours: 40/hr week - 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available (overtime available)
Hourly Rate: Starting rate of $17.50/hr
Position Type: Full time, contract to hire
Position Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer or future customer inquiries, solving them during the first call
- Use rapport building skills to create strong relationships with customers through conversation
- Provide information regarding hearing aids, insurance policies etc.
- Provide information to customers regarding products or services that will help to enhance their quality of life
- Remain professional and empathetic with word choices and intonation to all Members
- Learn the product portfolio to be able to discuss options and features in detail with potential customers
- Ask questions strategically to uncover customer's needs and find the best plan of action to solve them
- Use effective sales techniques to influence members to take action
- Ability to offer a sales rebuttal addressing a member's objections and turn it into a solution
- Able to keep all proprietary information confidential
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
- Reliable! - able to commute on-site daily
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree is a plus!
- Ability to make sound business decisions in a timely manner
- Experience or interest in healthcare related products
- Passionate about helping others better their life!
- Proficient with PC
- Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems efficiently, being a proactive and analytical thinker
