Magnify is searching for a Sales Associate to join our client's team in Fort Meyers, FL! This role is with a wholesale distributor of electronic devices and systems such as fire, CCTV, access control and home sound systems to name a few!
This role will provide you with the skills and knowledge of both the operations and sales responsibilities.
Location: Fort Meyers, FL (Villas, FL Area)
Employment Type: Full time, Direct hire
Compensation: Starting rate of $20-25/hr. Eligible for monthly commission upon completion of training
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Learn all parts of wholesale distribution business within the company
- Upon learning and being comfortable with all systems, transition to inside counter sales
- Sell security, fire, access control etc. products, working with customers to understand their needs and suggest specific products and solutions
- Conduct phone sales calls
- Receiving and shipping
- Conducting inventory
- RMA / Return process responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone in accordance with company policies, procedures and principals
- Learn about and keep up-to-date with catalog of products and vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year B2B Sales experience (preferably wholesale)
- 1 Year customer service experience in face-to-face environment
- Demonstrated experience working with or selling computer or computer network products preferred
- Must have an interest in computer and technical products and services
- Experience with technical sales or low voltage security industry highly preferred
- Prior phone sales experience preferred
- Must be able to work on site daily
- Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma required - Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Must be able to pass a 10 year background check
- Must be willing and able to pass drug screening

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
