MAGNIFY is actively seeking a motivated and committed Sales Manager to help lead our RVA client’s growing sales team! As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and development of your team.

Desired skills:
- Effective communication skills, written & verbal
- Capability of performing well in a goal/quota driven environment
- 2-3 years minimum of sales experience
- An ability to remain positive and upbeat in difficult situations
- Motivation to meet company and client mandated goals
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Daily Duties:
- Ensure proper training and continued coaching of team
- Overseeing team performance; providing assistance in, and inspiring team to, achieve results
- Promote adherence to company policy regarding sales and follow up
- Serve as subject matter expert on product and how it best meets the wants and needs of the target clientele
- Meet with company leadership to report on performance, and collaborate with them to develop strategies to ensure end results are being optimized
- Solid decision-making skills and an ability to perform at a high level within a fast paced, goal-driven environment
