About the role
An Account Executive is responsible for developing new Magnit Business within a designated region. The position requires active prospecting, achievement of activity and revenue targets, and technology-based and in-person meetings with senior level executives of large companies. The Account Executive is expected to maintain a relationship with Clients after the sale.
What you will do
Create business plans to facilitate attainment of goals and quotas
Manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting through close
Active outreach to prospects
Active follow-up on marketing campaigns
Attendance at Conferences and Trade-Shows
Preparation of proposals for prospects
Technology-based and In-person presentations to executives
Negotiation of pricing and other variables with prospects and clients
Work in conjunction with Regional Sales Directors on multi-solution opportunities
Real-Time Tracking of sales progress in the CRM
Attendance and involvement in Sales Team meetings and training sessions
What you will need
Proven experience in a complex sales environment
Proven experience selling to executives in large organizations
Desire and ability to prospect new opportunities effectively
Consultative selling skills and ability to prospect extensively
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
Knowledge of HCM, Payrolling, Contingent Labor a plus
4-year degree
Compensation Package• Salary range is $100-$150K USD annually plus commission • Salary/ Hourly rate is based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
