The Client Services, Account Manager works directly with Brands to manage programmatic and IO-based digital video ad campaigns across the Magnite platform. The Client Services team closely partners with the Demand Facilitation team and plays a central role in maximizing relationships to drive growth across a portfolio of accounts. This role is responsible for successfully executing ad campaigns, educating clients on technical product capabilities, and identifying strategic opportunities to grow client partnerships.
As the Account Manager, you will:
- Partner with Demand Facilitation to deepen client relationships and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign execution, client communication, optimization, and troubleshooting for both IO-based and programmatic ad campaigns.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and lead product discussions with clients, pitching opportunities for growth based on their specific needs and goals.
- Own all internal and external reporting needs; including but not limited to client-facing deliverables, quarterly business review creation, and proactive reporting to surface notable trends to internal stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, Technical Operations, and Media Planning teams to ensure the success of campaign delivery.
- Conduct in-market meetings and present quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the Demand Facilitation team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Demonstrated understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical aptitude; comfortable digging into data to spot trends and craft a story for the client.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Slides.

- In Colorado, the base compensation range for this role: $70,000 - $80,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable bonus component in addition to company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
