Digital Services Specialist

We are currently seeking applicants for a Digital Services Specialist.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
- Daily processing of digital banking applications
- Management of digital banking deposit accounts
- Daily processing of customer and account maintenance through digital banking
- Daily oversight and processing of electronic transfers and opening deposits
- Perform accurate data entry and/or review of digital accounts.
- Report processing for digital banking platforms
- Daily oversight and processing of eStatements
- Provide customer service and support to external and internal customers via e-mail, secure messaging, chat, and telephone.
- Provide support and serve as backup to deposit and electronic banking employees as necessary.
- Reconciliation of merchant services account related to online account opening.
- Provide reports to management.
- Exemplify commitment to the vision, mission, and core values of the Bank.
- Other Projects/Duties as assigned by manager or department head.
Candidates must also have knowledge in:
- Magnolia Bank and LiaFi’s product base
- Magnolia Bank and LiaFi’s electronic banking products and services
- Federal banking regulations
- Bank policies and procedures as they relate to deposits and NACHA regulations.
A High School Diploma or GED is required. An associate degree is preferred. 2-3 years of banking experience is strongly desired. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail software, and use of the internet.
This position reports to the Operations Manager.
