Magnolia Management is seeking a full time Landscape Technician to work on various landscape, construction, agricultural, and maintenance projects alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be at least 21 years’ old
- Candidate must have a clean driving record
- Ability to drive a large pickup truck or dump truck, and trailer
- High School Diploma is required
- Experience with riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other landscape maintenance equipment preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Mow and edge lawns of properties using commercial grade riding mowers, motorized trimmers and edger’s
- Maintain mechanical equipment and tools that include cleaning and general mechanical repairs
- Assist with school gardens and farming projects
- Water lawns, trees and plants using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, and/or watering cans
- Repair lawns, landscape beds, and apply fertilizers
- Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
