Urology Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description:

This position is full time, 40 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with some variation. No weekends and no call coverage required.

Primary location is Augusta, but some travel to the Oakland location required.

Position Highlights:

• Dynamic position, in a fast-paced environment, treating a variety of patient types. Perfect for a nurse looking to learn a new specialty!
• Variety of job duties including rooming, booking surgeries, administering medications, patient education, and telephone triage and assisting with office procedures and testing.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain same in a timely fashion, required
• At least 1 year of RN experience, preferred
• Medical office and/or Urology experience, preferred
• Excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multiple priorities
