Summary
Position Summary
Handles all incoming calls, identifies client needs and responds accordingly. Regularly monitors problem sheets and maintains computerized client problem tracking.
Acts as a liaison between clients and the clinical laboratory. Performs internal client account maintenance. Uses laboratory information systems to input and obtain relevant patient information.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education : Completion of high school or equivalent is preferred. Health care experience or post high school education in health care, laboratory sciences (MLT or MT) or equivalent sciences preferred.
Working knowledge of medical terminology and reference laboratory operations required.
