Franklin Community Health Group, a department of Franklin Memorial Hospital, is seeking a full time BC/BE Family Medicine Physicians to provide care at our office based MaineHealth Family Practice located in Livermore Falls, Maine.
These non-OB, Outpatient Family Medicine Practices include physical exams, women’s health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals and management of chronic health conditions. Blood work and lab services are on site, and inpatient care is at Franklin Memorial Hospital. The practice includes a skilled licensed clinical social worker to help facilitate behavioral health needs for their patients, allowing the entire health care team to work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients in the community. Come be a part of our dynamic team of providers, which includes three family medicine physicians, two physician assistants, and a care support nurse for chronic disease education working with exceptional support staff. Call requirements are 1:6 and providers will occasionally make nursing home rounds. The position offers teaching opportunities of nurse practitioners/physician assistants as well as medical students from University of New England’s UNECOM program and Tufts University Medical School program.

Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of Family/Internal Medicine Residency program.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine.
- Family/Internal Medicine experience is preferred, but not required.
